Refund policy
What can be refunded in Tawaqo3, and how.

Coins
Coins are virtual and are never bought with money, so there is nothing to refund: they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Prizes
A prize is ordered with coins and is not refundable once delivered. If we cannot deliver a prize, we return its coins. See the official prize rules.
Premium and paid items
Premium and paid cosmetic items are bought through Google Play, in MAD; Google Play shows the price, and for Premium how often it renews, before you pay.
- Refunds: ask Google Play under its rules (usually within 48 hours of the purchase, in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Budget & history). After that, write to [email protected] with the order number and we will look at your request.
- An item you paid for is missing: Account › Settings › Restore purchases, or write to us.
- Cancel Premium at any time in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. It stays on until the end of the period you paid for; that period is not refunded unless the law requires it.
- Deleting your account does not cancel Premium and does not refund purchases.
Your rights
This policy does not affect the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
