Email [email protected]. In the app you can also use Account › Settings › Contact support, or Report a problem. Tell us your account’s email address, your phone model, and add a screenshot if it helps.
Common questions
- A prize hasn’t arrived: check My orders in the app, then write to us with the order. See the official prize rules.
- My phone number is already used: on the sign-up screen, send us a message from the app, or write to us with the number and your email.
- I forgot my password: on the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot your password?” and we email you a code.
- Delete my account: see Delete account.
- My data: see the privacy policy.
