How prizes are earned, ordered and delivered in Tawaqo3.

Free to take part
Taking part is free and needs no purchase. Coins come only from playing: correct predictions, the daily gift, the lucky wheel, rewarded videos, missions and inviting friends. Money never buys coins, and Premium gives no coins.
Who can order a prize
Players aged 18 or over who live in Morocco, with an account in good standing. Players aged 13 to 17 play like everyone and keep their coins and winnings: they can order prizes from their 18th birthday, and the app tells them the date. Each phone number can be used by one account only, and prizes are sent to that number. Test and staff accounts cannot order prizes.
Before your first prize
Your account needs at least 30 settled predictions and must be at least 14 days old. After that you can order one prize every 7 days.
Prices
Prices in coins are shown in the app under Store › Prizes. Prices and the list of prizes may change; the price shown when you order is the one that counts.
Stock
Prizes have a monthly budget. When it is used up, prizes show as out of stock until the next month.
Ordering and delivery
The coins are taken when you order. Your prize arrives digitally in the app, in My orders: a code, a top-up to your account’s phone number, or a voucher, usually within 24 hours. If we cannot deliver a prize, we return the coins.
Checks
To keep prizes fair, we may verify your phone number by SMS, check that the app comes from Google Play and runs on a real phone, and review an account before sending a prize. Cheating cancels the order (see the terms of use).
Brands
The brands of the prizes belong to their owners. They are not partners or sponsors of Tawaqo3 and are named only to describe the prize. Each prize follows the conditions of its brand.
